We Are Parable wanted to create a wider retrospective of Lee’s work in 2017 – the year that he would turn 60. With 12 events planned throughout the year in London and Manchester, the festival peaked with a one-off “Evening with” Spike Lee, a book signing and a screening of his latest work.
